My babies are 11 months old and I have pumped 11,500+ ounces of milk.
That's 90 gallons of milk.
Ninety.
That's not counting any of the milk they've actually gotten direct from the tap.

Don't they hand out awards for this? If not, they should probably start!

Holy cow!! I never did the math for myself, but I also stopped at only 7 months, so I doubt I produced near that much!

That's amazing just that you've kept track, not to mention the actual production. I'm trying to picture that many gallons of milk on a grocery store shelf! Now I'm wondering what my total would be for nursing four singletons for a total of 63 months or 5.25 years. (I didn't pump, so it would be a guess-timation.) I'm also thinking of how much liquid you must have taken in over the past 11 months to be able to produce that. Do you find you're always thirsty? I had a voracious appetite, too!
You are totally justified in feeling proud of this accomplishment. You have gorgeous babies. (How about some more pictures!)

Holy cow! I know, completely corny. It is so amazing. I'm even more in awe that you have been able to breast feed them. I've had the hardest time doing that with my guys. I'm so happy to read about your 11 month descriptions. I also feel that the milestones are bitter sweet. It is truly a joy when they hit them, but I am so sad because time just flies by.

You are an inspiration to us all!!! It's funny you should post this today because I just made the decision today to stop pumping for my twins during the day. I've only pumped 47 gallons in 19 months though. Even though I won't be tied to the 'old bag' any more, I'm still nursing any time I'm at home with them. I'm not ready to give that up yet! My girls love their booies!
Keep up the good work momma!

You have got to think that it must be at least what 40% MORE with the other 'milkdirect'? Holy Mackeral Momma... that's incredible what the human body can do. WHAT you've done!
Congrats!
